Simultaneous amplification of two panels
NHID® Mini25A PCR Amplification Kit has designed two sets of primers to analyze 25 loci. The 25 loci includes all expanded CODIS markers as well as Penta D, Penta E, and D6S1043, were divided into two groups, panel A and panel B (Figure 1).
- Panel A includes all 13 CODIS markers and AMEL；
- Panel B includes 7 expanded CODIS loci, Penta-D, Penta E, D6S1043, Y-indel (rs199815934), and 3 loci from panel A (AMEL, CSF1PO and D21S11)；
- Panel A and B share three loci (D21S11, CSF1PO and AMEL) to verify the consistency of the two panels.

Strong anti-inhibition ability
This kit has good tolerance to common inhibitors such as heme, calcium chloride, collagen, humic acid, etc (Figure 4).

Designed for degraded samples
The loci span a range between 62 to 274 nucleotides, effectively improving the detection rate of degraded samples (Figure 5).
