Simultaneous amplification of two panels

NHID® Mini Y-STR PCR Amplification Kit has designed two sets of primers to analyze 43 loci. The 43 loci were divided into two groups, panel A and panel B (Figure 1).

• Panel A includes 21 Y-STR loci, 3 Y-indel；
• Panel B includes 20 Y-STR loci, 3 Y-indel；
• Panel A and B share 3 Y-indel and DYS437 to verify the consistency of the two panels.

Mixed sample detectiion

For 1: 48000 male-female mixture samples, the detection rate for male samples is 100% and no female non-specific amplification peaks are detected (Figure 2).
