Strong anti-inhibition ability
This kit has good tolerance to common inhibitors such as heme, calcium chloride, collagen, humic acid, etc. (Figure 3).

Mixed sample detection
For 1: 8 male-male mixture samples, the detection rate for trace samples is 100% ( Figure 4).
For 1: 2000 male-female mixture samples, the detection rate for male samples is 100% and no female non-specific amplification peaks are detected (Figure 5).
