High performance with challenging sample types
- Trace samples：The NHID® 25A PCR Amplification Kit is capable of detecting as little as 0.125ng of human DNA (Figure 1).

- Inhibited samples：NHID® 25A PCR Amplification Kit has improved tolerance to commonly found forensic inhibitors : heme, calcium chloride, collagen, humic acid, etc. (Figure 2)

High sample input volume
To improve the detection rate of low-copy samples, NHID® 25A PCR Amplification Kit supports 17.5ul sample input volume (25ul reaction) (Figure 4).
