NuHi's EzAmp® Taq DNA polymerase series are chemical modified thermostable DNA polymerase which can be applied in routine PCR, RT-PCR, STR, etc. The product has very low enzyme activity at room temperature and can inhibit the formation of primer dimer and non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of primer under low-temperature conditions.
