NUAmp Series polymerase is an improved hot start Taq DNA polymerase exclusively developed by Nuhigh Biotechnologies. NU enzyme can be applied in most current MDx products, such as TaqMan qPCR series, RT qPCR series, STR Mix series, and SNP Mix series. It not only significantly reduces the experimental time while providing better PCR sensitivity, specificity, and stable amplification efficiency.
