NuHi UNG enzyme is designed to stop carryover contamination during PCR process which prevents false positive results. During the UNG treatment, the other components of PCR mixture remain intact and has no interference with any PCR or RT-PCR application. NuHi UNG enzyme series also include the heat-labile UNG (Cod UNG) which lost the activity at 50 ℃。
